The Wedding of Patrick & Kelly - 7th January 2012

Pat & Kelly were our first couple to get married in 2012. It was also our first official two operator wedding and we are simply delighted with the results. Two operators means we can use up to 3 cameras at a time as well as use our cinematic equipment.

We first met with Pat & Kelly in early 2011 and again just prior to the wedding. Having filmed 'a few' weddings we were able to provide Pat & Kelly with advice on locations as well as some of timing of the key elements during the Reception. A couple of simple meetings prior to the wedding allows us to build that relationship with a couple and lets them relax on the wedding day.

Pat & Kelly, the below clip is just something we have put together for your wedding day. We wanted to showcase the benefits of having a second camera operator and I am sure you will agree that the return was well worth the investment.

The Wedding of Ryan & Belinda - 29th October 2011

Ryan and Bel were one of the four referrals we received from Tash after we shot her wedding in June 2010. When I met Ryan & Bel for the first time I knew their wedding day was going to be great. Firstly, the ceremony & reception were going to be at Red Scooter. We hadn't shot there before but I knew it was a funky venue. Second, they had booked Chris Garbacz from CGI Studios for their photos. Having worked with Chris before I knew it was going to be a fun day.

The idea for this video had been in the back of my mind for a while. The key to this video working was time. We had allowed a couple of hours for both the boys ans girls and had some time up our sleeve when it came to the ceremony.

Ryan & Bel, I know you love this video (you have already SMS'd me) and I thank you both for being the perfect couple and allowing us to showcase our work. You make us look good.

The Wedding of Oliver & Belinda - 17th September 2011

Oliver & Belinda chose a very special day to get married. Not only is the 17th September now their anniversary, it is also my wedding anniversary. A big thank you to my adoring wife for supporting (allowing) me to shoot Oliver & Belinda's Wedding and for sitting and watching all those little snippets of footage that I want to share the second I edit them (and for then suggesting how I should re-edit them).

Being such an important day to me it made me think about why I shoot weddings. It is not about the money or the love of videography. It is about wanting to make people happy. I sit here editing and figure if I love these videos, then surely you will too. I picture your reaction and emotion when you see your video for the first time and that is what inspires me to continue shooting.

Oliver & Belinda, sometimes things just click. The right footage, the right editing idea, the right music, the right couple. Your wedding was one of these instances. I am so happy with the full edit and the highlights and cant wait for your to see them.
